Birthday – Liew Wai Hoong

Wow today this guy Liew Wai Hoong (Google It) invited me to his party. Me though is normal gathering party only so me don’t really bother it much. So the party started and me no show up in the party. He called me ask me to come, and me reach his house about 8.15pm (party started around 7pm). To my suprise, it’s his birthday party… OMG! Me just go eat all the stuff and me didn’t bring any present >_< Not to mention me forget my bestfriend birthday… OMG me so sorry, plz forgive me Wai Hoong…
Finally me finish watching this great anime from XEBEC (Google It). D.N Angel (Google It) is a very comfortable anime with country-like environment – with it’s music and overview. The main character’s love story is really touched me >_<! Boys will like it of it’s action stuff and girls will like if of it’s hero’s love story…

Here’s a little introduction from Anime.NFO

On Daisuke Niwa’s fourteenth birthday, Risa Harada, the girl he tried to give a love letter to, told him, "You’re a good friend". That day, when the heartbroken Daisuke thinks of Risa, he suddenly transforms into the legendary great phantom thief, Dark. And he has to go, according to the note his mother left, to steal the Sacred Maiden.!? It’s Daisuke and company’s adventures on streets that resemble Europe! You can’t miss it!!

Another synopsis from OFFRAMP

Niwa Daisuke is a rather normal, nothing-really-special kind of 14 year old boy who has a crush on Harada Risa, his classmate. Naturally, Risa doesn’t think of him as more than just a friend. Daisuke is thus rejected right on his 14th birthday, and to make matters worse, finds out that he turns into the legendary phantom thief Dark Mousy whenever he feels emotions of love. Unfortunately – or fortunately, whichever you choose – Daisuke’s family is far from normal. Poor Niwa-kun has been subjected to maiming and torture… uhm, kaitou training sessions and random attacks from his mother and grandfather since he was a wee tyke. (And thanks to a very odd childhood, Daisuke’s specialty is picking locks. How convenient. XD) All of the training that he had received so far was for this one day – his 14th birthday – when he first turns into Dark. Apparently all the Niwa men suffer (?) this… heritage while they grow up, Daisuke being no exception. And so starts the coexistence of two completely different people occupying the same physical (…) space and squabbling over a set of twins who look approximately identical, yet are anything but. Daisuke, or rather Dark’s mission is to go around stealing famous artwork that were created before the Cultural Revolution – art pieces that hold a special power within them. Why Dark is connected to the Niwa family is unknown, not to mention nobody has any clue where he originally came from and why he’s after the artwork. Only one person besides the Niwa family *knows* Dark… Hiwatari Satoshi, who himself is not as normal as he might appear.

Me always getting fedup with my image viewer ACDSee 7 (Google It) because its slow and use large PC recourses, but me still use it although it does not come cheap (USD50 standard USD80 advance) until now. Me found a file viewer, a image viewer as well, that works and have almost all the feature that ACDSee 7 has and it’s FREE! Called IrfanView (Google It) currently at version 3.97. This program work much more faster than ACDSee 7 and does not eat up our precious RAM, require only low processor power! Weight less than 1MB to view common files and we can add plugin to enable it to recognize even more file types! The plugin weight less than 5MB. A very cool program but 1 thing me dun like is the program put stupid icon for it’s associated files…

Wow! Today (31st August 2005) is Malaysia’s 48th National Day (Google It)! It’s been long way since our independence from British Union (1957). Since today is a public holiday, me and a bunch of friends went to Port Dickson (Google It) play! Kinda nice wind there >_< Beach always nice!

Warning Letter for Lateness~!!!

Oh sheet… Dem today me got a warning letter from HR Dept. in the company me work. It say that me frequently late to work and now need me to write a letter explaining what happened and why the management should not take any action against my lateness… Sheet… Me only late 4 times which is 7 minutes in total and a warning letter is already issued to me… Sheet…
Well, today me yet again go watch movie, this time it’s a Chinese Cantonese language movie called "Drink Drank Drunk" (Google It). Not a bad movie but not a must watch movie.

Here’s synopsis from TGV
An amusing story of a girl who can drink plenty without getting drunk, and a young man who gets tipsy easily after a few drinks.

Siu Man is a cheerful barmaid who is popular among bar-owners and customers alike. As she witnessed how men got drunk and made fools of themselves every night, this make her wary of men and want to remain single. Michael is a dejected chef, whose ultimate dream is to win the Blue Ribbon Chef Grand Honor and getting recognition in the culinary world.

Their paths crossed in the most unlikely way and sparks flew…

UPDATE – Watched again this movie with another bunch of friends (29th August)

The Java game me waiting for so long – Ragnarok Mage (Google It)! Me finally get hold of this game!
It’s based on a MMORPG Ragnarok Online (Google It) that is popular in many Asian country, such as Korea, Japan, Thailand, ,China, Taiwan, Philipine and Malaysia! In the lastest version of this game, you can see there’s some culture element inserted into this game. You will see local food such as sushi and bun that you can buy to eat, its supposed to restore your health. You can find a city based on Thailand culture, a ancient Japanese city, with NPCs (Non-Playable Character) wearing kimono, they are so cute!
HOWEVER! The Java version of the game dun have all that. It’s graphic have almost the same sprite but it dun have the "togetherness" you’ll feel when you play the online version of the game with friends. This Java version only feature a city for you to explore only – Geffen City, which is a magical city.

Watched The Cave (Google It) today. Nothing special about the movie. With generic suspense storyline and generic monster too. Not a must watch suspense movie for me but it worth my sparetime…

My First Car!

Hmm… Speaking of cars (Google It), me gonna buy my very first car on the beginning of next year! (Very long planning huh…)
So me thinking of these 2 car
Perodua Myvi (Google It) at RM52000
Toyota Vitz (Google It) at estimated RM55000

Hmm… Me actually prefer the Toyota Vitz coz it’s stylish and kinda cheap. Me read in a newspaper it will sell in Malaysia for less than RM50k but many ppl tell me that Toyota’s car wont come cheap, RM70k is a more realistic price… O_o. Or me scratch my face and ask for my parent to support me some to buy more luxury cars? Like the Toyota VIOS (Google It) or Honda City (Google It)? Huh dilema…
Any cars recommendation?
Me just watched this movie Herbie – Fully Loaded (Google it).  A great movie but me think the character has becoming more and more "lively", thanks to the technology in animating. Compared to previous Herbie movie, this was considered the worst, the worst part of this is the part where the main bad guy was examining Herbie after he lure the heroin to take his NASCAR car for a ride, in that part, Herbie gets too lively! Whatever, you should go see the movie as me think this is the last Herbie it gone so bad it wont have a sequal anymore…
